Employee paid voluntary benefit plans continue to show tremendous growth and popularity. According to several industry surveys, more than 50-65% are currently enrolled in one or more voluntary benefits or they would participate if their employer offered them.
Employees tend to absorb medical plan increases in deductibles, out of pocket maximums, and or costs, more easily if they can elect affordable voluntary plans, to give them peace of mind.
